Geng Tian DMD (Dr. T)

Dr. Geng Tian is a dedicated dental practitioner based in Leesville, South Carolina. With a rich educational background, Dr. Tian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pittsburgh with the highest honor, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, as well as Dr. W Arthur George Prosthodontic Award and Brian D. Stone Memorial Award.

Originally from Jinan, China, Dr. Tian brings a global perspective to his practice, Twin City Smile, where he serves the community with comprehensive dental care. His practice is located at 322 E Columbia Ave, Leesville, SC.

Dr. Tian is an active member of the dental community, contributing to the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) since 2014, where he has taken on leadership roles within South Carolina. Dr. Tian is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction earned by only 6% of dentists. This prestigious recognition signifies that Dr. Tian has participated in some of the most rigorous continuing education programs in dentistry to become well-versed in the latest technologies and procedures, focusing on both oral health and overall well-being. Dr. Tian is dedicated to providing exceptional care and goes above and beyond to address all your oral health needs.

I believe that an ideal patient or provider should be honest, hardworking, and dependable, and that is how I live my life. I have a son, four grandchildren, and a great-grandchild who I love all dearly.  My life is blessed with a beautiful family as well as an exceptional church and work-family.  In my spare time, I love to read, solve puzzles, and watch mystery shows.  I love this wonderful town and Batesburg-Leesville, and I am excited to continue to provide services for this great town.
